All DRAGONBOARD products are waterproof and non-nutrient to mold, fungus and insects per ASTM G21. DRAGONBOARD provides superior mold, moisture and mildew- resistance in high humidity or highly shaded areas. DRAGONBOARD will not disintegrate when immersed in water or exposed to severe freeze/thaw cycles for prolonged periods of time. It can be finished with any traditional drywall compounds.
